The full order journey, step by step
Knowing exactly what happens removes the anxiety of a first order. You send a style on WhatsApp; we reply with the live price (item plus shipping) so you know the total before committing. Once you're happy, we source the pair from the best current batch. When it arrives at our warehouse, we photograph your exact pair and send those QC photos to you. You inspect them — stitching, shape, materials — and only approve if they're right. After approval and payment, we ship via tracked DHL, UPS or FedEx and send your tracking number. Every step happens in one WhatsApp thread.
What happens if something goes wrong
A trustworthy seller is defined by how they handle problems. If a QC photo shows a defect before shipping, you don't pay for that pair — we re-source it or refund. If a parcel is delayed in transit, we track it with you and chase the courier. If a pair arrives damaged despite good QC (rare, but possible), we work with you on a resolution. We'd rather keep a repeat customer than win once and disappear, which is why our process puts approval and inspection before payment, not after.
